WALK, WALK, HIP BUMPS, ROCK RECOVER, SHUFFLE 1/2 TURN LEFT

1-2    Walk forward right, left

3&4    Step forward on right, bump right hip forward, back, forward

5-6     Rock forward on left, recover on right

7&8    Make a 1/2 turn to left, stepping left, right

 

WALK, WALK, HIP BUMPS, ROCK RECOVER, SHUFFLE TURN 1/4  LEFT

1-2     Walk forward right, left

3&4    Step forward on right, bump right hip forward, back, forward

5-6     Rock forward on left, recover on right

7&8    Step right to side turning 1/4 to left, step left next to right, step right to side

CROSS ROCK 1/4 TURN, MAMBO 1/2 TURN, FORWARD MAMBO, HIP BUMPS

1&2    Cross rock right over left, recover on left, turn 1/4 to right stepping forward on right

3&4    Rock forward on left, recover to right, turn 1/2 turn left stepping forward on left

5&6    Rock forward on right, recover, step back on right

7&8    Bump hip forward, back, forward  (weight ends on left)

 

HEEL & HEEL & HEEL GRIND 1/4 TURN, COASTER STEP, SHUFFLE FULL TURN RIGHT

(or just shuffle)

1&2&      Right heel forward(1), step on right(&),  left heel forward(2), step left in place(&)

3-4          Right heel grind making 1/4 turn right, recover on left

5&6         Step right back, step left next to right, step right forward

7&8         Step left forward making 1/2 turn right(7), step right next to left(&),

                step right forward making 1/2turn to right(8)

 

ALTERNATE STEPS FOR 7&8

7&8         Shuffle left, right, left    no turning
